Put the host in the first line
Start with xiangqi.plyyard.com and the mode you were on: versus AI, 2 Player, or Online. If a room was involved, include the room code or whether the invite was private. Do not paste a password; this board never asks for one.
What to describe
For a rules problem, say which piece moved, from where to where (files a–i and ranks 1–10 if you can), and what the page did instead of what you expected. A short move list copied from the history panel is more useful than a screenshot of the whole window.
For a page that cannot be used, say the browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer. Mention keyboard, screen reader, or contrast if that is the failure. For a privacy question, say which storage or room behavior you are asking about; the written policy is on Privacy.
What we read
Mail about broken legal moves, a room that applied a move the other board did not, a page that is missing or inaccessible, and privacy or terms questions. Those are the messages that change the board.
What we do not run
This is not a coaching inbox. We will not annotate your opening, recommend a book, or adjudicate a dispute between two people who already left a room. We also do not take feature votes by email; if a mode is missing, it is missing on purpose for this batch.
